Lima Beans – Henderson’s Bush
This variety is the most popular baby lima producing an abundance of pods on bush type plants. Plant all lima beans in late spring after the soil and weather have warmed. A few cold wet days at planting time may cause seed to rot.
Keep free of weeds, especially when plants are small. Do not hoe when plants are wet. For best quality and yield, pick pods while young. Make a second planting in mid-summer for autumn harvest.
